yes, that’s correct. They would be sworn in as area trustee and local peace officer in law (see Criminal Code of Canada definition for “peace officer”)
As your designated trustee, which basically means “Power of Attorney” or “Power to Administrate” the STRAWMAN, you then order him to remove your account from de facto possession by the Municipality.
Once your STRAWMAN/surety bond is “reclaimed”, you can set up your own private trust & all your consumer bills are discharged by the interest generated.
There’s a picture on pg. 11 of the POGG Protocol (legalese version) that shows how to use the “Mayor” to collapse the strawman trust made in FRAUD.
This saves a LOT of time AND money… gets you out of mammon, the Crown Registry, the legal system, and fiat currency ALL AT ONCE!

All “governments” are corporations, registered on the SEC, with a purview to administrate public securities.
And the POGG Protocol is about redeeming these public securities – using the “Mayor”, or on your own (due to economic Emergency).
COVID proved that every country was signed on to the UN contract (Agenda 21).
Every country used the same cookie-cutter pattern restrictions… in UK, Pakistan, Venezuela, Canada – which proved global “government” NWO.
So we can all disengage the same way… “cancel” the contract locally, by the last “order follower” who’s signing for your publicly-registered security, which is the “Mayor” you elected to “administrate your PUBLIC affairs”.
