(a) did you experience harm/loss/injury?, and
(b) was some criminal agency the cause of it?
What Jurisdiction is CITY Council Chambers?
Local? Municipal? Provincial? International? Public? Private? Crown????
Better find out!! They all have different laws!
So ask!:
- “Jurisdiction, once challenged, is to be proven…. by the party attempting to assert jurisdiction.” (eg., your Mayor, CITY Clerk & CAO)
- “The burden of proof of jurisdiction lies with the asserter (municipal Officer). The court is only to rule on the sufficiency of the proof tendered.”
What’s the proof tendered?
The Municipal Declaration = proof of de facto jurisdiction (non-public)
= DEFAULT JURISDICTIONAL JUDGEMENT.

“To have valid process, the tribunal must be a creature of its constitution, in accord with the law of its creation.”
4. What constitution? What law??
(a) The ‘Municipal Act’ is the Municipality’s constitution, and is legal code (by-laws = colour of law).
(b) Your local constitution & Law were both hijacked and replaced by the UN Agenda21’s ‘Rule of Law’ in 1992.
5. Therefore:
(a) If the Municipal Act is enforced as a “constitution”, it’s common law fraud (misrepresentation).
(b) if the Municipal Act is enforced as “Law”, it’s commercial fraud (privateering).
Bottom Line
Clarifying “jurisdiction” is a very peaceful way out of a UN occupation. Fraud makes this very easy now…
