By swearing to serve the interests of the CITY corporation, Huntsville’s elected public trustees have abdicated their fiduciary duty to administrate public assets/securities, and therefore, have no fiscal signing authority.
Fill the VACANT Mayor seat
Question:
“I want to volunteer to fill the VACANT Mayor seat and get my town OFF the UN Agenda. What do i have to do??”
Answer:
(i) You hold the seat until a non-municipal election is held (90-120 days), and
(II) you lay claim to ALL legal titles in your area in the meantime. (i.e., the ALL CAPS name)
