Bring Canada back to being a contatutiinal Republic, right now we are nothing more than a corporation, being sold out to the highest bidder, all government, local, provincial and federal need to be removed, we need to retool a real Canadian constitution, the one we have was invented by Trudeau Sr lawyer, or government lawyers, it was signed by the queen, who isn’t our monach, we aren’t ruled by England and haven’t since 1931!
the beauty of the POGG Primer is that it exposed the fact that the local level of government had been turned into a corporation (some time ago but it doesn’t matter WHEN).
That is also FRAUD – i.e., if your government is a corporation, you are in a “corporatocracy” & we don’t do that here. 🙂

BUT, in 1931, every province was decolonized and set free as sovereign nations. This has been hidden from us since 1931 by the corporations masquerading as ‘government’.
In 1985, the fictitious government allowed the UN to recolonized us.

If a “society” needs a piece of paper to tell it not to be assholes to others, you need to correct the “society”, not its paperwork… but yes, your locally-determined constitution will be (& must be) organic & able to evolve as the constituents do.
Law is created by a meeting of minds; “Legal” is just a meeting of lawyers… to break law.
