Legalese 101: Oath vs. Municipal Declaration.
An Oath:
1. Invokes the public trust institution
2. is between 2 sovereigns. eg., a trustee (Mayor) & a settlor (constituent). (members form body politic)
3. creates a local public Office (Registry & Treasury) founded in common trust law (non-persons)
4. “Mayor” makes a vow to protect the equitable title & to service the legal title, as instructed.
5. “Mayor” is a ‘public servant’ title – sworn to serve area constituents & their “Constitution” only.
6. “Mayor” is not a subject in/of the Canadian Constitution – which means a “Mayor” is not a Constitutionally-restricted title, and,
Therefore,
7. “Mayor” is an elected public “sovereign”, not a statutory officer, ie. they are NON-LEGAL – but act on your behalf in LEGAL, and
8. “Mayor” is undefined in Crown legislation… only in the Criminal Code, as a “peace officer”.

A MUNICIPAL DECLARATION: (aka Proclamation of War)
1. Incorporates the public trust institution into a “Municipality”.
2. is between 2 PERSONS – a municipal RESIDENT & a municipal service corporation. (creates body corporate)
3. is a contract with a “Municipality”. A “Municipality” is a provincial, service corporation franchise, it is NOT a government Office.
4. creates a Public/Private Partnership founded in international law, and agrees to the UN Agenda2030 “Constitution”. (Treason)
5. declares “Mayors” act under a UN Title of ‘Head of Council” INSTEAD of “Mayor”.
This title conversion is used to transfer ALL area legal titles into the UNAgenda-controlled “Municipality”. (Fraud)
6. “Head of Council” title is S/subject to the UN foreign Agenda – de facto local trustees can only vote on climate change & sustainable development international projects.
Therefore,
7. If an elected Mayor takes a municipal Declaration, he becomes “municipal”, swears to serve the Corporation – controlled by the “Municipality” and subject to the UN Agenda2030.
