How To End Illegal Immigration in Canada IMMEDIATELY.
A fast way to stop immigration (imho) is to realize that immigration is now a local EMERGENCY, no longer a national one (the “nation” was captured in ’92)
So call a Local POGG Emergency! Here’s How…
POGG (Peace) Powers:
POGG Powers apply to “government”, not just statutory “govts”. There’s 4 criteria to invoke POGG, & these apply to local govts too:
- 1. Local Emergency = de facto possession of local fiduciary powers by the Province/Municipality.
- 2. Local Residual power = this Emergency falls outside BOTH fed/prov jurisdiction due to:
- (a) Men/women are non-CROWN, non-municipal, non-person;
- (b) “land” falls outside fed/prov/municipal powers – they only hold service jurisdiction over CROWN property, not “land” rights; and
- (c) law (equity) falls outside legal (commerce) jurisdiction – there’s no court of inherent (non-person) jurisdiction.
- 3. Both a Local & National Concern:
- (a) corporate breach of public (charitable) trusts is happening in every Canadian town, using municipal service corporations (ie. a Mayor signs a public/private partnership when the Mayor isn’t “public”);
- (b) there’s no local public authority, guardian, trustee or trust instrument (local Constitution) to stop the breach – the local institution & its documents were hijacked by the CITY;
- (c) there are no public/peace officers sworn to protect the public, their safety/securities, or keep the peace (ie., the CROWN has no authority over “public” or “peace” – which is why these are undefined in legislation); and,
- (d) settlers/settlors are non-persons (non-CROWN) and have no representation, nor access to Law to correct this legal mistake.
- 4. Discovery & Disclosure is now required to clarify jurisdiction & restore the public trust.
- This will reveal (& record) that BOTH the CROWN & the Municipality are engaged in public trust Fraud, human trafficking, funding bioweapons, a genocide Agenda etc yada yada…
- …. which then reveals (& puts on record) that your Mayor threw you into foreign jurisdiction (ie., a Municipal Government), & THAT govt speaks a different fucking (municipal) language… that reasonable men don’t understand… nor care to.
- 5. which puts on Record there is no local public trustee, no public officers (& therefore, no authority to tax or bill – see ** below)
- 6. which also exposes the CROWN ‘Legal services is Law’ FRAUD, AND the provincial birth certificate (human trafficking) fraud.
AND… BONUS ROUND!!
Once the local POGG Emergency Order is issued for your town, neither the de facto Mayor nor the municipal CAO have fiduciary powers anymore – you stopped their pens.
AND you put a STAY on immigration in to your town… until you have a lawful, de jure Mayor.
AND public input.

Q: Who can issue a local POGG Emergency Order?
A: Any sitting or previous Mayor/Councillor, former registered candidate, or any victim of this municipal fraud who wishes to stand for their local area.
From the time a local POGG Emergency Order is issued until your new election, all constituents must be informed of the election fraud & breach by the CITY, the new election date, and town hall education events organized – to inform people of what was, & what’s to come…
