Selgovae Pecht i am working on the template for all municipal “RESIDENTS” to use. It acts as a conditional acceptance + lawful quo warranto + Claim to your INCORPORATED property (ie., ‘YOU’ -nudge, nudge – and your POSTAL CODE)
The letter goes something like: (remember, i’m not a lawyer… I’m just the broad that called the fraud…)
Dear CITY of Guelph Clerk Stephen O’Brien,
We have a problem. I’m a local, non-municipal constituent here in Guelph, and in so far as I am concerned, I will honour this Guelph _ (tax bill, water, parking ticket) if and only if provision is made whereby I can exercise my franchise at the local election polls as a non-municipal constituent. At present, the provincial/provisional Municipal Elections Act is explicit in stating that only municipal persons can vote. Please respond, otherwise this is being refused for cause, clarification and/or for you, as ‘municipal’ Clerk, to process.

It’s a simple “UN-incorporation from BANK FRAUD” – hello????
… but i digress, so i’ll continue….
- Forward all your municipal bills to the ‘municipal’ CLERK & cc: the wankers that sent you the ‘municipal’ bill.
This will let all parties know that the bill is not yours, you wish to stay in honour, and you just might wake up one of these de facto Order Followers. They can’t all be dirty. - We actually have a DUTY NOT TO PAY these bills! – there’s de facto possession of your local area & Treasury, by NON-CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ‘Municipalities’.
- Election fraud makes this easy for every Canadian now to correct:
(a) it brings everything happening locally into question & stops the pens;
(b) proves officers are de facto (not public), falsely incorporated;
and,
(c) it negates ALL they’ve done, are doing & plan to do = bike lanes, immigration targets, electric buses… BAM.
The letter will be shorter so folks can understand what they are sending.
Basically, the Maxim: No taxation without representation/consultation etc.
Note: You can replace ‘municipal’ with ‘federal/provincial’ bills, but these deal with CROWN property, so there’s a clarification step to do before (& in addition to) the above… the Queen is dead. HONK HONK 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️💯
