How MUNICIPAL (shadow) Governments were installed in Canada:
BEFORE Municipal Incorporation:
#1. Towns created de jure “Local Governance” with a “Mayor” acting as Head Fiduciary.
#2. The Mayor’s “Office of Honour” (UNINC) held the area settlers (the body politic) in a trust institution.
#3. Settlers were deemed “peaceful inhabitants”, and couldn’t be taxed. All municipal services were paid by #2.
AFTER Municipal Incorporation:
#1. This created a de facto (shadow) “Municipal Government”, with an installed “CAO” as Head Fiduciary.
#2. The CAO’s “Office of Profit” (INC.), services registered MEMBERS (the body corporate) of the municipal corporation.
THE MUNICIPAL (corporation) FRAUD = Non-disclosure of legal status conversion:
Result:
#3. Settlers are deemed “incorporated inhabitants”, aka registered “RESIDENTS of the Corporation”, their Trust is breached, and,
….. BAM!… de facto “Municipal” jurisdiction, ALL “RESIDENTS” can be taxed… and MUST accept ALL Municipal/ity “Services” for the area (aka 15 Minute CITY).
