(a) “CITY” = a municipal employee; incorporated; Private
(b) “Councillor” = a local appointment; unincorporated; Public
“CITY” + “Councillor”:
= co-mingling of private/public jurisdictions
= non-disclosure of vexatious language (Legalese)
= frustration in legal capacity, status, and municipal contracts
= privateering, FRAUD, and constructed breach of trust.
