Laura Chambers: Deputation to Calgary City Council

Posted on November 30, 2024November 30, 2024 By Editor 5 Comments on Laura Chambers: Deputation to Calgary City Council

SheLaw’s comments:

Her deputation put the following 4 Notices on the “Municipal” Govt record & Minutes:

1. Notice to Admit Jurisdiction – elected officials are acting in 3 different legal capacities (public, private & international) with ZERO authority to sign in ANY of them;

2. Cease & Desist- they are implementing the wrong agenda & putting public safety/securities/ health at risk;

3. Breach of trust & fraud – Officials are ‘non-public’, yet they are administrating public bonds & assets, while under a municipal Declaration, not an Oath, and

4. Revocation of Consent – no consent to authorize anything until elected “trustees” meet with every taxpayer.

To add to the CITY situation,
THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA (and all the other provinces are foreign corporations and have no jurisdiction within “Canada.” CANADA INC, also a foreign corporation was a foreign corporation, went bankrupt in 2017 and was dissolved at the beginning of 2024. Canada is a security of the Republic for the United States of America.

Big changes are coming. Congratulations to Laura Chambers!

This is awesome! We here in rural Ontario are doing similar things to our council. We are challenging the location of the 66 foot Original Shore Road allowance location that was set up around most lakes in Ontario. Most of these OSRA are now flooded from the Timber / Logging work in the early 1900’s and then flooded further with the onset of the Trent Severn Waterway in the 1930’s. Townships were downloaded these OSRA from the Province through the Municipal Act so they think that they own the first 66’ from the waters edge / High Water Mark that exists now! They do not! Join the Ontario Landowners Association and help us fight Township Tyranny in rural Canada. It’s very satisfying!

This is why I wrote and distributed this:

Meaningful Change Ideas: Take a minute and quickly review the changes I think we need to consider.
I, Mark Olson, am inspired to share my thoughts on Canada’s future and potential directions for meaningful change. While the solutions may not be simple, I believe bold actions could foster a stronger, more resilient Canada. Here’s an outline to encourage discussion and inspire new perspectives:
    1. Independence from the British Monarchy
Proposal: End Canada’s formal ties with the monarchy, reclaim Crown lands, and gain full control over mineral rights and country.
Rationale: Bringing these resources under Canadian control would strengthen sovereignty and provide direct economic benefits, with generated wealth reinvested domestically.
    2. Allegiance to Canada
Proposal: Require all public servants to pledge allegiance to Canadians, upholding the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and our Constitution. Currently all civil servants pledge allegiance to the British Monarchy.
Rationale: Strengthens the bond between government employees and citizens, aligning public service with freedom and human rights principles.
    3. True Property Rights for Citizens
Proposal: Establish full, protected property rights for Canadian citizens.
Rationale: Empowers individuals with economic security, independence, and encourages responsible resource use.
    4. New Currency Backed with Tangible Assets
Proposal: Shift from fiat currency to one backed by Canadian Assets (CA) such as foods, gold, silver, mineral rights, land). If Canada’s focus on using the power of “money creation” for essential services only, will limit inflationary pressures, if any, will be minimal through increased competition for providing essential services to government and the fact that every dollar created is used to pay for essential services used by all of us. Think, paying for infrastructure (roads, bridges, etc.), healthcare, public protection (military, local policing, national policing, inflation oversight controls, public safety oversight and agencies that support these agencies), all support staff of Government in overseeing essential services, takes over pension responsibilities, minimum income support, affordable housing initiatives, zero interest loans for families to purchase homes up to the age of 40 years old, high quality senior care, capital for the vetting of new technologies, overseeing the implementation of new technologies, upgrading education and trades training, replacement of national debt and other financial obligations, etc.!
Rationale: Using CA to support the value of the currency will stabilize the dollar, increase investor confidence, allow for tax reform to take place as discussed below in the “Tax Reform” section and secure financial stability. It will also be a significant tool in transitioning our way of doing things from old to new technologies that will dramatically change how we manufacture, energize, preform services, advance robotics and use things. More on this in the “Technology-Driven Transition” section below.
    5. Redefining Public Essential Services
Proposal: Define essential services that the Public needs and provide a new focus for the Government of Canada, which will be the delivering and improving on the services and fund them through the Bank of Canada (BOC) by creating the money into existence and not through taxation revenues, working towards eliminating foreign/domestic debt dependence, through the control of money creation specifically targeting Government spending. More on this later.
Rationale: Focuses the Canadian Government on providing our essential services. Sustainable funding would enhance public welfare without income tax support or debt obligations.
    6. Government’s Role Focused on Improving Quality of Life
Proposal: Refocus the government’s role to adding to quality of life of all Canadians, overseeing only the redefined essential services, and building high quality, long-lasting public infrastructure. Again, all deemed essential services would be funded by capital created by the BOC and not through debt or taxation.
Rationale: Ensures public resources serve high standards and future generations.
    7. Tax Reform
Proposal: Eliminate personal income and sales taxes, focusing on money creation and not all kinds of tax. Some additional revenues can be derived from taking advantage of user fees for access to our natural resources and other assets of Canada. Canada can use natural resources as a tool/incentives for businesses to do their business in Canada. Corporations’ income will continue to be taxable, but at significantly less rates but they will have a minimum tax hurdles to take the pressure off the creation of capital and foreign capital needs. All while letting Canadians retain their hard-earned money.
Rationale: This would stimulate economic growth, eliminate individual tax burdens, significantly boost retirement planning for Canadians and attract talent and industry to Canada.
    8. Neutrality and Peacekeeping
Proposal: Canada should consider declaring us a neutral country, focused on peacekeeping and offering help in emergency situations around the world, rather than picking sides in international conflicts.
Rationale: Enhances Canada’s role as a respected global partner, fostering partnerships and investments.
    9. Economic Growth through Resource Incentives
Proposal: Attract businesses by offering access to resource and providing incentives for mining, cheap energy, to focus on making Canada a full circle economy where we use the incredible advantages of our significant natural resources all the way to manufacturing finished goods in Canada. Canada is massive (2nd largest in the world) and 4th richest country in the world of the value of its natural resources.
Rationale: Creates high quality jobs that will be needed when new and very exciting technologies leapfrog existing ones, will boosts GDP, reduces reliance on foreign goods and develops a self-sustaining mandate for supply of goods and service and all made in Canada.
    10. Technology-Driven Transition
Proposal: There are technologies that exist that would change the world BUT are being held back due to several issues that we could overcome if what I’m suggesting is refined and implemented. We need to vet any new technologies and prove them out. We need to place a high priority on the transitioning of our society and economy into accepting change. Embrace and implement technologies that improve our quality of life. Support transitions, such as moving away from fossil fuels toward alternatives like using water as a fuel. I’m nearly certain you are wondering what want I mean by using water as a fuel. Well, this patent https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/…/US4394230… is a device that is like a sparkplug but it actually fractures water by using frequencies to shatter the water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen gases, just before it enters the combustion chamber. So you don’t have to store hydrogen, just water. It’s three times more efficient than gasoline and the environmental concerns equate to exhausting pure water vapour. The hydroponic growing of high-quality healthy foods can be done today, which we would get healthier food product and becoming self-sufficient in whatever areas we can, using and improving existing technologies are available and getting better every day. There are so many new areas of improving life that could be mentioned here but I’ll leave that to the discussion part of this discussion paper.
Rationale: Positions Canada as a leader in utilizing existing technologies is a massive idea and one I believe the Canadian people can get excited about. Being a leader is sustainable energy supplies and economic resilience is a reachable goal!
    11. Supporting Displaced Workers
Proposal: Offer retraining and new job opportunities for those impacted by technological changes.
Rationale: Reduces displacement and encourages an adaptable workforce potentially introducing an avenue to do things that you’ve always wanted to learn and do. Let your imagination work for you. Looking at problems as a new opportunity is something we need to seriously consider.
    12. Redirecting Big Pharma’s Goals
Proposal: Encourage pharmaceutical companies to focus on cures, with incentives for verified cures. The Government of Canada could act as an exit strategy for these groups that develop these cures and funded by the BOC, again through the creation of money not taxation.
Rationale: Drives innovation for public health and prioritizes curative solutions not just treatments.
    13. Decentralize Healthcare:
Proposal: Canada should welcome groups that wish to establish decentralized healthcare alternatives to what we have now, which is overwhelmed.
What Dr. Jack Kruse, an advocate for decentralized healthcare initiatives thinks, are on his website. His approach is more individual-centered, focuses on preventative care, utilizes technology for better access, and reduces dependency on pharmaceutical and institutional models. He envisions a system where individuals are empowered to make decisions about their health based on personalized information, holistic treatments, and self-awareness. Here’s an interesting podcast between RFK and Dr. Kruse that you should listen and learn more about this exciting idea, who’s time has com
    13. Incentivizing Entrepreneurship
Proposal: Foster an entrepreneurial culture to stimulate innovation and economic diversification, especially with new life enhancing technologies.
Rationale: Encourages economic growth and attracts investment, which leads to a better way of life for all.
    14. Independent Oversight on Government Spending
Proposal: Create an arm’s length, third-party organization to oversee the creation of money into existence, that funds the essential services with transparency. This is essential to maintaining a valued currency. Especially that the new focus would be only essential services as defined by Canadians.
Rationale: Increases public trust and oversight of the government maintaining and keeping it’s focus on essential services.
    15. Educational Curriculum Overhaul
Proposal: Modernize education with a challenging curriculum focused on critical thinking, skill-building, and high standards for educators. Just getting better at educating our number one resource our children, but now with a way to fund it!
    Think this:
Rationale: Prepares future generations for a dynamic economy.
    16. Stable Immigration Policy
Proposal: Prioritize skilled immigrants who contribute to Canada’s needs, while remaining open to being empathetic to those seeking protection from political persecution and a certain number of others seeking a better way of life. Set realistic goals for the number of new immigrants a year. Answer questions like where they live and does that community have the support system to help these people adjust their way of being as part of the review of the immigrant policies.
Rationale: Supports workforce needs and reflects Canadian compassion.
    17. Public Engagement
Proposal: Establish a branch of government dedicated to public engagement, gathering ideas to address challenges and enhance quality of life. All suggestions can be registered and viewed on a national registry. There’s so much that can come from involving the citizens of our country, it’s a must do.
Rationale: Strengthens citizen involvement and improves the Canadian experience.

These ideas may seem ambitious, but thoughtful action on these challenges could lay the groundwork for a resilient, prosperous Canada.
    Let’s discuss and inspire change!
