Unincorporated properties DO NOT pay tax.

I am working on the template for all municipal “RESIDENTS” to use. It acts as a conditional acceptance + lawful quo warranto + Claim to your INCORPORATED property (ie., ‘YOU’ -nudge, nudge – and your POSTAL CODE)

Answer:
(i) You hold the seat until a non-municipal election is held (90-120 days), and
(II) you lay claim to ALL legal titles in your area in the meantime. (i.e., the ALL CAPS name)
