(d) de facto possession of judicial/policing/arresting powers – wrong “Law”, and

(a) Ontario only,
(b) preferably small rural town/ship, and
(c) familiar with banking.
They can (quite possibly) set the template for every town, and be an inter/National Hero!
2. Randy Hillier’s court “appeal”; Kelly Anne Wolfe’s “Direct Democracy” – how it could work at the local level,
and,
3. A brief review (at the start) of topics discussed in my previous shows.
