Who will stand as a temporary Canadian “Mayor”?
Who will hold the seat until a NON-municipal election is held?
Why?
It’s your duty to stand against this foreign re-population Agenda.
Your allegiance is to “God, the Crown & the country”, as a “man, a Crown ward, and a Citizen”.
How?
1. The Municipal Declaration your “Mayor” took was actually a contract with the UN. It “declared” him to be a UN “Member”, with the title ‘Head of Council’. (non-government)
2. “He who creates, controls.”
3. A de jure Mayor’s Oath is deemed a legal trust agreement with the area settlors/settlers (men & women).
The oath creates a local “trustee”, with the title ‘Head of State’. (see #2)
4. A “Mayor” that uses the title “Head of Council” is a de facto trustee, (Clearfield Doctrine – no one can serve 2 masters)
Acting as HOC indicates a “Mayor” has abdicated:
(a) a fiduciary duty to the settlors,
(b) a fiduciary duty to the Crown, and
(c) the local trustee seat to a foreign government.
i.e., the seat is proven “vacant by their actions”
= defaulted – see * below.
5. This “title conversion/legal mistake” (ie. fraud) transferred you, your SIN/CQ account & ALL Crown-registered property into the UN global governing system, (high treason),
which means,
6. Your “trust” is under de facto possession by a Municipal/ity corporation. You have a DUTY to disobey Municipal/ity orders and reclaim the account. (CCC-Section 15).
Maxim of SheLaw: No one is obligated to build their own gallows.
OK, but HOW?
Maxim of Law: “Equity will not allow a trust to fail for want of a trustee.”
Therefore,
Swear in a trustee, terminate the Municipality “contract”, and claim all incorporated assets & “inhabitants” presently under de facto possession…. for FORENSIC AUDIT of “accounts” & Full Disclosure. 
OK, but WHO can do this?? (in order of expedience)
1. an honest lawyer – every lawyer knows how to “unincorporate from fraud”
2. a sitting Mayor/Councillor (goes “public”)
3. a previous candidate (challenges the municipal “election”)
4. a previous Official (calls a POGG Emergency)
