Peace, Order and Good Governance (POGG): A Local Solution to a World Problem. We are very excited to welcome guest speakers Shelagh McFarlane and Cal Washington to this month’s meeting.

Shelagh McFarlane is the author of the “POGG Primer: Ending the Public/Private Partnership Fraud”, which outlines how all levels of Canadian government, especially the municipal level, have been captured by public/private partnerships & running a dangerous globalist agenda. She has been involved in investigating municipal governments for over 20 years and ran for Ward Councillor in Kincardine in 2014. It was when she ran for Mayor of Guelph in 2022 she was able to put the last piece of the global government fraud together and will share why she feels the only way to end the global-to-local takeover, is to immediately “re-public”, starting at the local level.
Cal Washington is CEO, Co-Founder, and Notice of Liability Author for InPower. A Notice of Liability (NoL) is a formal written document sent in response to a harmful offer. It is a private contract negotiation that makes use of the same principles which are used by Corporations and Governments to get you to agree to offers, even though these may not always look like offers. Peoples Town Hall provided a brief presentation from two local ladies last meeting who are using two different approaches to prospective municipal solutions. Kathy Heidebrecht will tie the POGG solution together at the meeting from a local level when she presents some of her findings regarding City Hall. She will also discuss her approach and plan for deputation to CITY OF LETHBRIDGE Mayor and Council in June and advise us how we can help support her worthy efforts.

Meeting you here in Saskatoon yesterday has been a highlight for me. I have spent the last 4+ years learning about the difference between legal and lawful, jurisdiction, and trying to understand how we, the people of the world, managed to get into this mess we are in. Much of what you talked about today is exactly what I have come to know to be the truth. What you propose as a way to move forward by extracting ourselves, and our municipal leaders from the UN is indeed what we need to be doing. What you propose is very similar to what Mikey Klann is the US is doing and I am so excited to see that someone in this land we call Canada is taking the lead to pull the people together to take action. I really hope you get a unit front pulled together to bring this madness to an end. It is time we the people put an end to these corporations masquerading as government and put a de Jur government in place lace where the officers take an oath to the people.
