…and get my town OFF the UN Agenda

Answer:
(i) You hold the seat until a non-municipal election is held (90-120 days), and
(II) you lay claim to ALL legal titles in your area in the meantime. (i.e., the ALL CAPS name)
Par Example:
when I step in as Mayor of Guelph:
- 1. As public trust executor, i would have local authority over every LEGAL title in the geographical area.
- Def’n of Public trustee: elected to represent the ALL CAPS in trust law.
- 2. Since every legal title is buried in a private Municipal Registry (NON-govt), i’d create a Local Registry to transfer the ALL CAPS into. This is my DUTY,
- (a) as your ‘public’ trustee – to unincorporate you from a corporate Agenda, and
- (b) as a ‘PUBLIC'(ly registered) trustee – to protect Crown land from de facto possession by a foreign government (the UN).
- 3. My ONLY job as Mayor is to protect BOTH Trusts:
- (a) the EQUITABLE title – the man.
- (b) the LEGAL title – the land.
- 4. By claiming the legal titles, i immediately COLLAPSE the constructed Municipal Trust, which ENDS de facto possession by the Municipality (CITY of Guelph)
- BOOM!!
- (a) All municipal service agreements are put on HOLD to confirm local “consent”,
- (b) municipal “bills” are sent to Clearinghouse for verification & payment/Return To Sender.
- 5. This restores your local govt to an “INSTITUTION of Honour”, from a “CORPORATION of Profit”.
- (a) i now act in trust law, serve at pleasure*, and receive an Honorarium, not a salary. (*if you are pleased with my performance).
- (b) If i took a Municipal CORPORATION oath, i transfer your title & your trust to the foreign CAO, and into the UN Agenda.
- (c) this is called a municipal “constructive/constructed trust”, undisclosed to you, which is breach/FRAUD.
- 6. As soon as i remove incorporated asses & assets from the Municipality claws:
- (a) ALL CAPS are no longer municipal “property”,
- (b) ALL CAPS are no longer surety for borrowing, and
- (c) this terminates the funding of bioweapons in your area = 5G, SMART meters, injections, electric vehicles, mass immigration etc.
- 7. I’d then open a public (charitable) trust account.
- This is what the local, governing institution was before the CROWN “colonized” it… it was a parish, collecting for the meek & those in need. Private men & women could take care of themselves. So,
- (a) Guelph folks no longer pay for administration of the CORPORATION & their Sunshine salaries,
- (b) the Municipal CAO is REMOVED as a signing officer.
- (c) Folks who need help will have IMMEDIATE access to funding – there’s NO NEED TO BORROW FOR HOUSING.
- (d) all necessary services continue to both public & private properties FREE of CHARGE. BOOM!!

- 8. This trust account would have the AAA Credit rating, NOT the Municipality… which is HUGE.
- 9. I’d initiate forensic audits, and terminate all agreements made WAY beyond the scope of the Office – Local means Local, NOT Municipal, NOT global/international.
- 10. Every RESIDENT is contacted, and as Mayor, i order a flyer blitz to inform those without a registered POSTAL CODE… the homeless, the lost souls… innocent victims of de facto government.
- 11. Town Hall information forums would start in each Ward – every man is informed of what was, what is & the upcoming open, election for a LOCAL government, not a MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT.
- 12. I hold the space until then, fully public & transparent. Those in the know can claim their birth certificate bond from me… Merry Christmas!

- de jure Mayors are ALWAYS to remain:
- (a) non-partisan (can’t belong to any registered party),
- (b) non-political (no opinion on issues that are NOT LOCAL, like climate change!!!!),
- (c) non-bias (duty to the trust only), and
- (d) non-municipal (unincorporated, sovereign, non-person)
Bottom Line:
- Municipalities have been caught in GROSS “breach of public trust”, FRAUD/privateering, human trafficking, and genocide.
