Knowledge Base: Withdrawing from a “voluntary” UN program:

The UN Agenda21 was also called “voluntary”. And many countries, including Canada, said that if they DID sign, it would be “a loss of national sovereignty.”
However, define “voluntary” … in 1992, if a country DIDN’T sign, they could be taken to their knees until they did.
Same thing is happening locally. You can’t negotiate with terrorists.
Re. FCM/ICLEI:
As explained in the POGG Primer:
1. FCM & ICLEI (contracts) are not at the local level.
2. ICLEI’s contract is a Provincial PPP; and,
FCM is a private Members Association for registered “Municipalities”.
3. FCM is a platform used to download initiatives to the MUNICIPALITY’s service area.
(If you replace “municipal/ity” with the word “McDonalds'” this makes a lot more sense – ‘municipal’ always means in/corporation, a business)
4. Municipalities (McDs) are non-government.
5. Every Municipality has a ‘Manager’ called a CAO. They work for the Municipality (McD).
6. CAOs are trained to implement the Global Agenda AND control your election.
ie. they are trained by McDs to “Open” a McD franchise in your area, and swear in a Mayor McCheese.
7. Municipalities are provincial entities. This is why CAO’s answer to the Province – ask Councillor Lisa Robinson… she’s wearing a municipal McD uniform sitting in a McD STAFF MEETING, where the CAO is her Boss.
8. ICLEI sets SDG targets for CANADA & each Province.
9. Neither the CAO ‘Manager’ nor a “Mayor McCheese” has any direct contact with ICLEI or any input on targets.
———-
In this McD analogy:
(a) ICLEI would be the equivalent to the beef supplier for every McD franchise.
A McD Manager can only decide on how much to order, not what.
(b) FCM would be the equivalent to McD trucks. They only deliver McD food.
————–
10. “Municipalities” are “Districts” – “service jurisdictions”.
Similar to ‘The Hunger Games’, each District is a separate area, but the Game comes from the level ABOVE.
Example:
Who can make changes to a McD menu?
a franchise owner? a Manager? a customer?
No – it would be the owner of McDonald’s… in this case, the Province.
11. The local level is historically & constitutionally non-political, non-party, non-statutory, non-legal, non-person – and can’t be combined with other jurisdictions.
12. POGG reclaims the local “District” Dome, which ENDS “voluntary” participation in these UN (Municipal) Hunger Games.
This is how we end the local tyranny quickly & peacefully – everything starts & ends with jurisdiction.
Retired lawyers have confirmed this, & i have no reason to lie.
Let’s end this together…
