‘Zero taxes’ are just an Oath away…

FACT: The initial oath determines where your birth bond/public Estate is “deposited”, and who can access the account.

What is the “Office of the Mayor”?

= a local “bank” (security intermediary) used to hold your birth bond (public security), in order to discharge public debt.

These securities are held in trust to fund all your town’s needs.

For example…

Public town halls in every Ward: all free, every ward, free transit to get there… costs < 1 Sunshine Salary:

… fitness centre, pool, arena, library, coffee shop, clothing/furniture donation outlets, food markets, garden centre, health clinic, animal/vet care, day care, laundromat, “Crown vehicle” repair bays, bike swaps, anything!!

All municipal services administrated/discharged by your Mayor…

As it was, and, As it should be…

So, help us God, and All Law

Bottom Line:

Election interference, criminal breach of trust, theft of public securities, trading “futures”, money laundering, privateering, profiteering, tax evasion, human trafficking, public hazard, public nuisance, AND attempted democide… ENDS THE PPP Fraud GAME.

(a) Public Chess game? = Law

…. where he represents the “King & Queen” on/of the “Board”, or

(b) Private Checkers game? = LEGAL

… where he’s a flat, plastic “token”, jumped over & removed if he’s in the way on/of the “Board.”

Same black & white board… but different “titles”, Moves & Regulations. The Mayor’s Oath determines the game.

If I won as Mayor of Guelph in 2022: Operation: POGG

As area Trustee, my duty is to ensure deposit of the public securities (ALL CAPS) into the Local/Area Treasury, independent of the CITY of Guelph’s central bank account (ServiceGuelph).

This immediately removes the CITY CAO’s de facto fiduciary “authority” for the local area.

All RESIDENT’s “bills” are then sent directly to my Office (Mayor/Trustee) for payment from the Treasury, or Clearing House if the municipal charge is void/able.

Bottom Line:

The Mayor’s Office is a bank… presently hijacked by the CITY municipal Corporations (provincial/Crown franchises) & used to finance the UN Global Agenda SDG’s.

We all have a duty to speak up…
