An Oath sets 3 things:
1. Status/Standing of parties: who/what is signing?
= wo/man or PERSON?
2. Jurisdiction: what law & language are they agreeing to act under?
= local trust agreement* (plain language), or provincial/municipal legislation (Legalese)
3. Adjudication: what happens if they lie &/or harm you?
= immediate equity/remedy, or Crown (corporate) immunity?

* the local trust instrument is also called the “Local Constitution”, kept in the Office of the Mayor, with the Official Seal… all of which provincial Municipalities have hijacked.
